You’re not hungry, you’re just thirsty

  • I’ve come to the realization that so often when I’m just sitting around in between meals I really want to eat. However, we don’t need as much food as we think-but we do need more water than we often think. I’ve started replacing snacking with drinking a lot of water and most of the time that satisfies my hunger. Does this work for you too? It has led to believe that most of the time we think we’re hungry we’re actually just thirsty. It only takes about 3 days to die of dehydration whereas it takes 10-21 days of no food to die of hunger.
